TERMS AND CONDITIONS - ENGLISH
· One admission ticket grants one person access to the participating venues of Spotlight Festival Cultuurnacht on Saturday, 5 september 2026, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
· Some venues have different opening hours. Please refer to the website for the applicable opening hours.
· This ticket allows you to visit all participating cultural institutions.
· The e-ticket serves as proof of admission at each participating venue and is therefore a valid entry ticket.
· When purchasing tickets online for Spotlight Festival Culture Night, your email address will be stored in our database and in the database of Avayo (the ticketing system). We use your email address solely to send a payment confirmation and to communicate about Spotlight Festival Cultuurnacht. Your email address will not be shared with third parties.
· Spotlight Festival The Hague conducts anonymized research into visitor profiles during the event. For this purpose, we ask you to provide your postal code, house number, and age.
· During Cultuurnacht, the house rules of the respective venues and institutions apply. Please be aware that venue capacity is limited. For every venue, the rule applies: full is full.
· Visits to participating institutions during Cultuurnacht are entirely at your own risk. The Spotlight Festival organization accepts no liability for any damage to and/or theft of personal belongings incurred during Culture Night.
· The entire program and the list of participating institutions of Spotlight Festival Cultuurnacht are subject to change.
· Photographs and videos will be taken during Cultuurnacht. These images will be used for internal reporting purposes. Some images may be published on social media, and a selection may be provided to the press. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please inform the photographer and/or videographer. In that case, the images will not be retained. If you do not object, the photographs may be published and used for promotional and communication purposes.
